Sample Makeovers:
1. Website Consultation for GuitarStorage.com
The good folks at GuitarStorage.com contacted us and explained that while they had a a unique product that was in high demand (as evidenced by ample sales at guitar trade shows), their website sales were mediocre at best. The causes? 1) Their site's design did a poor job in reflecting the quality craftsmanship of their products. 2) Their traffic was mediocre because the site ranked low on internet search lists.
After reworking the site to emphasize the professionalism of their products, and adding more search friendly keywords in more appropriate locations, they began seeing not only an increase in the amount of vistors, but also a greater purchase/visitor turnover. |

2. Website from Scratch for Filippos Pizzeria
Filippos Pizzeria offers perhaps the best tasting pizza in Hoboken, NJ (ground zero for the finest italian restaurants and pizzerias) in all of New Jersey. Thanks to their pizza prowess, the phones at Filippos ring off the hook during lunch and dinner hours with questions about daily specials and pizza varieties, thus commandeering the managers attention who must also simultaneously handle the influx of customers on the premises.
With the help of a new a website which listed the daily specials a week in advance, online versions of their menus and prices, their percentage of inquiry-only calls dropped dramatically and managers have reported an increase in in-store efficiency, being able to handle more in-store customers during peak hours. |

3. Website Redesign for CastilloLeatherGoods.com
Gil Castillo, proprietor of Castillo Leather Goods, called upon our services to revamp his company website. Not only had the site's content, offerings and prices not been updated in two years, but the pre-existing navigation was a mess. The merchandise sold on the site features lots of unique offerings such as custom design, style and color options. However, the complicated navigational infrastructure created for shoppers to customize their order, was making it difficult for them to even arrive at the checkout process. Plus, the amateurish nature of the whole site made visitors doubt the safety of entering their credit card information.
Focusing on the need for simplicity, we redesigned the look and feel and navigation of the site to give customers a much more user friendly shopping experience. Despite offering more custom options than ever before, Gil is happy to report that sales are up in an even larger proportion to the visitor increase now that visitors can comfortably get to the checkout process. And they now feel confident about making a safe credit card transaction. |
